When I placed my order for my parents 50th anniversary, I knew two things, I wanted their wedding song with their whole wedding party. I placed my order 2 weeks before their anniversary, however, too quickly that I did not realize the size of the blanket. Shortly after, I received an email about my order, saying the picture was blurry and that I ordered a child size blanket, and would I like to upgrade. The picture was 50 years old and I didn’t have the tools to make it clearer, but bigger blanket was a definitely something I wanted. I was given simple instructions to fix my order, and still received it by their Anniversary! I cannot express how happy I was with my purchase, and excellent help and friendly customer service I received from this team.

I haven’t personally seen it in real life as it was a gift. However the recipient was very moved by it and appreciated it. The arrival was perfectly timed (although little longer than anticipated). The tracking really didn’t offer real time logistics but told me when the label was created and when it was delivered.
Highly recommend and am so pleased with the finished product. Easy to work with. Made a change to my original title and had no problem communicating and getting it changed. Love the finished framed canvas.

The picture of my mother in law, my husband and his brother and sister turned out great. I gave to my other bil and who had to put it up right away. They thought it was fabulous and great work.
