It's a beautiful canvas gift and fit the classroom theme. The company were very flexible and helpful with picture placement. I took pictures of the kids in pairs and that matched up with the number of collage picture available and they were able to crop the pictures to fit and made any adjustments as needed. They're proofing turnaround time is very quick. I did it late at night and got an email that night. I was able to confirm and get it processed to be printed that night. They have an estimated delivery time when you purchase the canvas and they've been able meet those deadlines. The second canvas, I felt it took a while for them to get back with a tracking number. I was concerned it wouldn't arrive on time, but it did. I think it arrived on time because we are located in the same state the company is located in. They couldn't give any updates until they send it. Where I'm located, the tracking for the other canvas showed that it was delivered, but it wasn't. It was actually delivered to our local USPS to be delivered the following day probably from UPS (I think this is a deal UPS sometimes has with USPS). This specific order was deliver directly through UPS, and arrived on time. It is on the pricier side, but it came through and was nice. The box had a dent on it and was opened at one end, but the canvas was safe. The canvas also came shrink wrapped for extra protection. I chose this site specifically because of the unique designs they have. If you're creative and can design your own, you can find cheaper alternatives especially if there are sales. After purchasing one gift, I was given a 15% coupon for a future gift, which I did use for another teacher.
